Heya, I’m Ethan!
I’ve spent the last decade here in Auckland splitting my time between science and advertising, instead discovering my happy place is behind the camera photographing people in love. Funny how life works.
I’m not a fan of the overly-posey editorial stuff, or the trend du jour – I’m just here to capture connection and emotion, those too-quick moments, and everything in between (and have a shitload of fun doing it). You won’t find styled or workshop shoots on my website – just real images of real people having a damn good time with the people they love.

From the first email with Ethan we felt so welcomed, following a few more emails I called Ethan to finalise our plans, ethan so excitedly welcomed on board our crazy plans to travel to Wanaka to film our wedding, he brought the most epic vibes, we all felt at ease and everyone felt like Ethan was just the right fit for our day and was apart of our family.
Ethan was very professional but more importantly he was a heck load of fun to be around, he showed empathy during our sentimental moments and this showed during our film with the most meaningful touch to the end of our video that touches the hearts of all who watch it, both Matt and myself cannot thank Ethan enough for his work, the audio, the clips he choose and the instrumentals/music were all just so us, Ethan nailed it!

We were lucky enough to have Ethan shoot our wedding in October 2020. From the moment we booked him, Ethan was professional, kind and made the lead up and the actual wedding day wonderful.

We used Ethan for our wedding and we were so pleased we did. Not only did he take exceptional photos but it was the small things that stood out - he was incredibly intuitive and thoughtful over the course of the night - carrying things for us when we went out to do couple shots, getting water when I was standing at the alter waiting, he could see I was nervous. He was always looking out for the best shots, worked hard all night and took control of the wedding guests when needed.

A photographer says “enquire for pricing” or “packages start at $X” to get you on the line, and then upsells you into something you’re not comfortable with after too many emails back and forth – or, they waste your time and theirs, and you both walk way bummed.

Pricing

Up to three hours of wedding photography, including your ceremony, group and family portraits, and some portraits of you and your bridal party.
INCLUSIONS- Up to 3 hours of coverage, solo shooter
- 200+ images (a mix of black+white and colour) delivered via digital download
- Complementary pre-wedding engagement session included+$400 for second shooter
+$400 for content creation

Up to six hours of coverage with a single shooter, typically allows enough time to cover you getting ready, your ceremony, and portraitsor ceremony, portraits, and reception.
INCLUSIONS
- Up to 6 hours of coverage, solo shooter
- 400+ images (a mix of black+white and colour) delivered via digital download
- Complementary pre-wedding/engagement session+$650 for second shooter

An hour of hanging out with your family in your favourite spot, doing whatever it is that you love to do. Have a play in the park, take a walk on the beach, or hang around your house.
